Split was designed to be a convenient way to snack on the nostalgic taste of PB&J while you’re on the go. Just knead the nut butter side, fold the pack in half, tear the top off, and enjoy. 

We’ve reimagined PB&J so that you can enjoy it right from the pack - no bread needed!  However, we love imagination when it comes to uses PB&J to up your on the move snacking game. Keep it in your bag to enjoy on the go on its own, or put it on your fruit, oatmeal, toast and more to make it even more delicious.

All Split products are completely gluten free, as all of our ingredients are inherently gluten free (i.e. nuts and fruit).

The ingredients in a Split nut butter and fruit spread pack are, in fact, vegan! While Split Nutrition is not stamped as Certified Vegan, we purposely chose to use organic cane sugar instead of regular cane sugar with our vegan community in mind as bone char is sometimes present in non-organic versions.

Yes, Split is certified non-GMO. You’ll find the symbol printed on our packs!

Split Nutrition products are Certified Kosher. All of our products do not contain dairy/meat/dairy or meat derivatives, and are not made on equipment also used for making dairy products. While you may not find the OU logo on our products as we did not print it on packaging during our last production run, we do maintain Certified Kosher status.

Our ingredients are sourced in the USA, and our nut butter and spread packs are made in Chicago, IL.

Every Split is made with minimal, quality ingredients - and zero artificial preservatives. One side is a tasty nut butter, and the other side is a spread that pairs perfectly. Our nut butters are wholesome almonds and peanuts, and a little bit of palm oil to ensure it's smooth. Our spreads are made with real ingredients and some organic cane sugar and pectin to make sure it stays tasty. Each flavor is non-GMO, gluten free, and delicious.

When it’s made with minimal, quality ingredients, nut butter and fruit spread is a health food at its core! Nuts are packed with good fats and proteins, while fruits add a boost of vitamins, antioxidants and simple sugars. Our co founders, a nutritionist and a chef, set out to make a convenient way to enjoy this pairing on the move - and with the best ingredients they could find.

Split is manufactured on equipment that processes peanuts and other tree nuts. We do not recommend any flavor of Split to anyone with a known sensitivity to peanuts or tree nuts.

For safetyreasons, we can only replace or provide refunds foritems that are defective, incorrect ordamaged. If you need to file a claim and start your refund or exchange,send us an email with your order confirmation at hello@splitnutrition.com.If you’ve received a damaged item, please include a photo if possible to speedup the process.

Non-ReturnableItems: Sale-Priced Items, wearable merchandise and Limited Edition SplitSpotlight boxes cannot be returned. If these items arrive damaged or aremissing, please contact hello@splitnutrition.com. 

Refunds (IfApplicable): After filing your claim, we’ll notify you via email  of theapproval or rejection of your refund. If it’s approved, then your refund willbe processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card ororiginal method of payment within 30 days. If your refund is not posted within30 days of confirmation, we’d recommend contacting your bank and/or credit cardcompany with the original method of payment, or checking with us at hello@splitnutrition.com

We use multiple shipping providers to ensure the fastest delivery to your door! If you select standard shipping, it's free for orders of $45 or more (before shipping). Our Bundle boxes ship for free, too! For orders outside the contiguous states, the cost will be calculated at checkout. (Note: Please allow
extra time for your order to arrive during busy shopping seasons and shopping surges. Many thanks for your patience and understanding!)

We do not offer shipments outside of the U.S. We hope to make it out to retailers near you someday!

We will indeed ship your orders to a PO Box, APO or FPO address. Please note that shipping to APO addresses can take up to 30 days.

A shipment confirmation containing the tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.
