I'm an actor, writer and director.
I love to play my trumpet (jazz), and play sports with friends or work out.
Yes, they do! I've played trumpet for about 10 years (off and on) which – oddly enough – has helped me in my film career, because I've often been given the opportunity to play the trumpet on a film or TV show. I also think that my sports career helped me to build my work ethic and ability to stay focused on my goals.
Firstly, I’m the color of Almond Butter, so I'm a little biased! I like it when I get up in the morning – fruit always helps me feel healthy for the day. My personality can definitely be energetic, so it helps me to feel like me!
My biggest passion is creation... to create pieces of art (film) that tell a story that people know, can relate to. or resonate with. My son motivates me to be a better person and to work hard so that he has a male figure to look up too. Above all, I want him to be proud of his dad.
I actually just did a performance for Homeward LA – it's a charity that raises awareness about the homelessness crisis in and around Los Angeles. We acted out monologues of real people telling their stories while raising money for the charity and their programs around the city.
